And so it began...

This is part one in a three-part series talking about the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Ten years ago, Marvel gave us Iron Man and that started a cinematic universe the likes of which no one has ever seen. What they have been able to build has been nothing short of amazing. There have been missteps along the way, but even their weaker movies are still good. They found a formula that works and ran with it. We talk about phase 1 in this episode. It culminated with The Avengers and that movie blew everyone away. No one knew how they would be able to make it all work, but Joss Whedon pulled it off. Let us know in the comments if you are a Marvel fan. If you aren’t, let us know why and if you are, let us know your favorite from phase 1. Thanks for listening.

Sadly, Halloween is about to end. We had a great time recording our Halloween episode for you guys. Honestly, I could have talked about scary movies for another hour or more. With October ending, it’s on to Christmas. We are just going to act like Thanksgiving doesn’t exist for obvious reasons. There are some good scary Christmas movies as well. Not to mention, the amazing movies set at Christmas time. I’m still in Florida, but thankfully it’s not as hot right now. Maybe I can talk Stephen into another bonus episode while I’m here. Recording remotely was kind of fun. Let us know in the comments if you guys have an idea for an episode or something specific you want us to talk about. We’ll have more great stuff coming soon.
